If you have any additional questions or comments regarding our proposals for Dorket Head, please use the space below.

Your name and address is optional but is requested to support your comments. Responses to this questionnaire will be analysed by PPS (Local & Regional) Ltd on behalf of WRG and Ibstock Brick Limited. Copies of the responses may be made available, in due course, to the relevant local planning authorities so they can note your comments. We will, however, request that your personal details are not placed on the public record. Your personal details will be held securely by PPS in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2000 and will not be passed to any additional third parties.

All comments that are received by 19 February 2010 will be included in the Stakeholder Engagement Report that will accompany the planning application. Comments received after this date will still be responded to.

Following submission of the planning application for the Eastern Extension you will still be able to comment on the plans directly to Nottinghamshire County Council, who will undertake their own formal consultation.
